Custom Shop Basses warrants all new instruments I build. This warranty is a guarantee of full consumer
protection against all defects in workmanship or materials to the original purchaser. The duration of this
warranty, as stated above is for two years from the date of receiving the bass.

From that date forward, Custom Shop Basses extends this warranty to the neck and body for the lifetime
of the bass while Simonetti Passive pickups and Simonetti 4-way bridges are guaranteed for a period of
ten additional years. Active electronics are not included in this extended warranty. Finish checking,
being a climate influenced condition not controllable by Custom Shop Basses, is also not covered in
this extended warranty.

Full warranty and repair service is offered in my shop and I work on all problems and issues on Custom
Shop Basses for the life of the instrument. Rates for such work are below normal as a service to Custom
Shop Basses owners.

Normal wear and tear, exposure to extremes of humidity or temperature, accidental damage or abuse is
not covered by this warranty and is evaluated by Custom Shop Basses. Unauthorized repair work also
voids this warranty. Custom Shop Basses will not assume consequential damages or subsequent
financial loss. Shipping to Custom Shop Basses is responsibility of the sender and Custom Shop Basses
covers return shipping.

This warranty supercedes all previous guarantees expressed or implied.
