Q: Do you do service work on other instruments?

A: No. I no longer offer service work. I build complete instruments only.

Q: Can I send you parts or wood that I have for my bass?

A: You can. However, the wood must be dry enough to work with (under 10% moisture, between 5-7%
moisture is best). If the board is twisted or warped to a point where it is going to create more trouble
than its worth I will not use it. As for parts, They must be brand new and will only carry the manufacturers'
warranty. Sending either wood or parts will not lower the price of the instrument.

Q: I am in a bit of a rush, can you finish the bass in a shorter time frame?

A: In some cases I can but it will cost more. Rush orders add from 25-100% to the price of the bass and
require full advance payment. However, if you are ordering something really elaborate I may not be able
to build it as fast as you need it.

Q: Do you do endorsements?

A: No. I have tried it in the past and it never worked out. If I had a nickel for everyone who said they
were going to flood my shop with customers I would be eating nickel soup for the rest of my life. If you
are that confident that you can send me customers you can pay for your bass and if you actually do flood
my shop with customers then we can talk about an endorsement deal.

Q: I live within driving distance from you ( or I will be in your area ), can I stop by and see how my bass is
coming along?

A: Absolutely! If I am working on a bass for you, you are more than welcome to come by and see the
progress. All I ask is that you make an appointment and that the hour is not to late or early.
